Ted Uritus, President of Sovereign Homes, named 2007 Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association

At the BIA innaugural, held at Wedgewood Country Club on Friday, November 30, 2007, Ted Uritus was named Builder of the Year in honor of his 30 plus years of serving the home buying public in Columbus.

In addition to building thousands of homes in Columbus since the early 1970's, Ted has served in many capacities with the Building Industry Association, including serving as its president in 1996. 

Introducing the management team at Sovereign Homes, Ted thanked them for helping him earn this honor, and for helping him keep his promise to the many homeowners who have trusted him to build their new homes.   That promise?   To have 'a better way to live'.

In addresses to associates, and in both interviews and paid advertisments, Ted has indicated his desire to "not be the largest builder in Columbus, but the best."   This prestigious award would indicate that goal has been met.
