But not many have heard about the Energy Efficient Home Tax Credit*.   Why?   Because only Sovereign has found a way for the homeower to benefit from the credit...instead of just the builder of the energy efficient home.

To qualify, the home must be significantly better when it comes to energy cost saving than an Energy Star home...and every green built Sovereign home does.

And, for the home buyer to benefit, the builder has to make the same choice we made at Sovereign....to pass along the credit to you.
