R.W.C and Sovereign Homes' Drywall Repair Policy

I understand that according to the R.W.C. warranty policy, Sovereign will repair drywall cracks exceeding 1/8" in width during the first year. I elect to have Sovereign do that at (check one):

• 60 Day Inspection
• 11 Month Inspection

For repairs to cracks exceeding 1/8" in width, Sovereign will sand and repaint the repair to match the surrounding area as closely as practicable. At Sovereign's option, Sovereign will spackle, within reason, other drywall imperfections such as nail pops, seam lines, and tape blisters. These "non-warranty repairs" will be done on a one-time basis during the first year at one of the aforementioned two time periods. Sovereign WILL NOT be responsible for sanding or repainting these "non-warranty repairs" nor can Sovereign guarantee that the repairs will completely solve any appearance problem.
